Our shipments take 1-3 working days for italy and 5-7 working days for UE and rest of the world from the moment when Greenland Body Care sends the confirmation that the shipment has been made by email with the tracking number.
We inform you that in case of festival and holidays the delivery time can change.
The customer will receive an email from Greenland Body Care staff with the tracking number of the shipment.

Returns and refunds
You have 14 days for your returns. For security reasons we accept only the return of products whose packaging or protective film has not been opened or tampered with.
The return of skincare or make-up products without their protective films won’t be allowed. The product, any outer casings, accessories, instructions and its original packaging must be in perfect conditions.
For hygienic reasons, the product must not have been used or opened. If these conditions do not exist, your returning request won’t be accepted.
